Every time I log on here to read other people's blogs and see just how behind I am on blogging and then survey the room around me to see the huge mess of scrapbook supplies and stacks of pictures waiting on me as I am very far behind on my scrapbooks, too, I think to myself no more blogging. Catch up on those scrapbooks that are very dear to my heart and very enjoyable to me. And, then I scroll down the blog page and look at how adorable and handsome my boys look on the computer screen (the big JPM included :)) and think to myself...just one more post..just one more post. :)

I totally know the feeling... :)
I've found that it helps to think of the blog as an electronic scrapbook. It still holds the memories, and it's accessible to all our friends and family. It may not have quite the artistic flair, but the photos and journaling are all there. In fact, I've often referenced my blog to help me remember the details for my scrapbook journaling since my scrapbooks are so far out of date by the time I do them. Clara's baby book stops at about 10 months (aka I'm 16 months behind). And as for looking at a mess, 20 years from now you'll look at the scrapbooks and the blog, but who in the heck will remember the mess ;)
haha Megan! Yes, that's funny! I do use the blog for "dating" purposes..except now my dates are very far off..but at least the order is still mostly intact. :) I hope to catch up alot this summer and next year I will have 9 hours a week with both kids in school so hopefully I will get some done then. :) (yeah right :))
