Valentine's Day weekend we finally got that snow I blogged about! The kids were ecstatic!!! I was at work during most of it falling, and I got excited too! We got to play in it after we slid home from my workplace (don't get me started on how shocked I was we didn't close earlier!) while it was just about to get dark, and then again the next day! It was a ton of fun..well once we got Preston convined he HAD to wear gloves!
Dad and Jax built a snowman the night before, and the next day I had told him he could go out and put a scarf on the snowman. Well, I was too lazy to bundle him all up because I was running out of warm snow playclothes so yes I let him run out in his pjs before breakfast to place the scarf! :)
His and dad's proud creation! I know what you are thinking...it is sort of sad. But, man you should have seen the one I tried to build! :) Snowman making is apparently not my forte.
But, now just plain old playing in the snow I can handle!
Oh what fun it is to play in the snow!
