This is the marketplace in downtown Nassau. You know where everyone says to go to get the good deals and souvenirs. Uh, not exactly what I had pictured. We did get Connie a handmade straw bag at another smaller version of this in the welcome center, but didn't venture this far into the city.

I was quite excited to find this treasure! Ice cream! I got some caramel chunk stuff that I'd never had before that was the best ice cream I've had in a long time! They also had a Johnny Rockets that we ate lunch at outside. It was a beautiful, slow-paced day full of great conversation. Both of these treats were in these new shops they had around Atlantis that weren't there last time we went six years ago.

There's an aquarium inside Atlantis. We took a huge tour of it last trip, but this time we just saw a few (for free:)) glimpses of it. It is really neat. I think it's nicer than ours.

And, Paul now has a new goal. To get one of these. Seriously, honey? I told him sorry but not all dreams come true. They were very pretty though. It's a great idea, but when he told me the ones we like cost like twenty million, I kept walking. :)
