Pulling out of Miami...
South Beach, Spring Break...enough said. I would never go back to Miami again to visit. I will elaborate more on that on my "list of things I learned" later. ;) We did get an interesting shuttle ride through south beach on our way to the port where I almost flew through the windshield a few times. Another interesting fact was Paul was quite excited to drive by "Miami Ink" I was shocked! It was the tiniest place ever! Somewhere I'd never get a tattoo either! Paul said it was just as he had pictured. I'm not sure if that was bad or good.
At this point in time, we are still in shock we made it on time. I think we only ended up with like 30 or 40 minutes to spare. It was a stressful start to a vacation we thought would be relaxing! :) I thought leaving the kids at home meant leaving the chaos at home, but I forgot you can still have chaos childless! Thankfully, the first day was the only chaotic one really.
