If being 30 means I get to see stuff like this, then I'm game! I wanted to post some memories of our cruise to the Bahamas Paul and I were so blessed to get to go on! A BIG THANK YOU to Eleisha and Maw Maw and Paw Paw Mitchell for helping us with the boys while we were gone. I don't know how to get more than five pictures per post, so there will be lots of posts all over the place in no particular order! Hopefully you can get the idea! Then, after I do all that I am going to do a post on the "things I learned" while I was gone. :)
Here is the beautiful, gorgeous water in CocoCay, Bahamas! CocoCay is Royal Caribbean's private island where we spent the day on Saturday. This picture was taken while we were on the small boat taking us to shore. The big ship sets anchor just off the shore.
The big ship off shore though does make for an awesome picture though! So picture this...we laid on lounge chairs on the beach overlooking the water and seeing our beautiful ship off in the distance under two coconut trees with just the right amount of shade and sun, reading magazines, drinking CocoLocos, talking, people watching, and listening to caribbean music playing in the distance for hours. By far, our favorite day of the cruise!
Here we are on the way to dinner the first night. A little stressful considering apparently we somehow crossed a line where the time changed??? We were using our cell phones for time as neither of us often wear watches. We weren't aware of that. So, we got ready in a rush this night because we almost missed dinner! We never figured maybe where we were wasn't on daylight savings time yet??? Who knows!
Here we are just as we were pulling out of Miami. Paul is really in a good mood! Can you tell? Really..no joke intended. I think I saw him more relaxed this trip than I ever have in my life! He really had fun!
