Snow Mountain!!!

Today we went to Snow Mountain at Stone Mountain Park! We've had our tickets for months and had planned to go last year when they cancelled it due to the drought! So, we've been looking forward to this for a long time. It was ALOT cheaper than going to North Carolina skiing...plus, well let's be honest. I am not a great skiier. And, I really don't think Paul would enjoy taking three children skiing. :)
The kids had alot of fun, but we did get off to a slow start. As you can see they are very bundled as it was quite chilly and very windy today. However, I should have known better than to think Preston would be cold. He cried for like 30 minutes straight and kept asking to go home. I honestly thought he must be getting sick. Then, finally I asked if he wanted to take his jacket off, and he was a pig in the sunshine from then on out. He didn't want to wear his gloves, and we struggled with the hat sometimes. I tell you he is one crazy little boy!

We started off in this little play area where to be honest the best part was watching the boys slip and fall trying to climb hills like the one you see above. They've NEVER been in snow before so they didn't know what to think.

Gee, what could be all those white things flying through the picture below towards those diligent little children working so hard on shoveling their snow?

Oooohhhh...I see. It was Dad! He had LOTS of fun attacking the little JPMs with snowballs!
