When did we get a dog?

If you've ever had a boxer (breed of dog), then you know that they are such wonderful dogs. But, they pay you back big time when they don't get enough attention. My friend, Melissa, her boxer goes through the trash and unrolls all the toilet paper when they are gone out of the house all day. We used to have a boxer that didn't even stay inside, but he too would do whatever he could to get your attention.

So, I have recently discovered that our little Preston much resembles a boxer. Now before you send me hate mail for comparing my child to a dog, please know it is all in good humor. And, also know that we love boxers! :) But, seriously if Preston doesn't get to "go ca" (go the car) when he wants to and has to wait on me to finish getting ready to go out the door, you never know what you'll find. See below.

Also, on another note about Preston, let me just tell you things are lining up perfectly for him to marry Ella Shaddix one day. Little Ella is all about shoes. And, let me tell you Preston is right there with her. He got new shoes this week, and before it was even his turn (he whined the whole time Jackson was getting fitted), he had pulled off his old shoes and was crying, "Gimme shoes..gimme shoes...gimme shoes!" Then, when I grabbed the 1st pair to try on and placed them on his feet, he exclaimed, "Dey nice n comfy, Mommy!" (they are nice and comfy, Mommy). I just about peed my pants. I could not believe that is what he said in such a southern little accent. It was just adorable! I meant to take my camera along but forgot. But, just know we have one proud little boy who has been showing everyone his new shoes!
