Christmas Day

After Christmas dinner at Gigi's, we stopped by Paw Paw Bell's house to exchange gifts. Jackson got a cool Harley motorcycle!

Mommy got some gloves and a new purse!

Here is Paw Paw opening his shirt. We also got a roll-around stool to work on his cars.

Here is Jaylyn opening her presents from us. She is my dad's new girlfriend's daughter.

And, we took them a chocolate cake, Paw Paw's favorite. Ever since having kids, I have made it a tradition to make Jesus a birthday cake every Christmas to help keep things in perspective. I knew this cake would be especially meaningful for Paw Paw Bell, too, since I made it using Me-mommie's cake pans I got after she passed away. They are the same cake pans she used when she first taught me how to bake when I was a young girl.

What a fun time!
