Our First Preschool Christmas Party!

Today was awesome! It was Jackson's last day of school before the Christmas break and the day of his Christmas party. When they came into the room, we got a cute surprise! I thought they were lining up for a picture (I didn't have the video camera out..), and really they were getting ready to sing for us. They sang Jackson's new favorite song: "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer!" Imagine the grin on his face! He was once again the loudest little singer. And, he took it very seriously. It was adorable!
The kids then all sat down to some tasty Christmas treats!

Here's a closer shot of the performance...

Then, it was time for their musical book exchange. The music stopped first on Jackson! He got to open his book from one of his friends. You'll see more of that all below...I cannot figure out to get more than 5 pictures to post on one post???? :)
By the way, the teacher told me today that Jackson is definitely the "social butterfly" of the class. Imagine that?? Really? No..surely he doesn't ever talk at school, right? I mean he talks so much at home, how could he ever find time for more talking???
I am so proud of my little social butterfly! Don't tell big JPM though...I think girls sometimes hold that title. :) It's OK..he is still quite masculine..just talkative. Maybe he'll be a lawyer or a politician! Let's shoot for the lawyer!
